Paddle Board Basics and Yoga Schedule Now “If there is magic on this planet, It is contained in water.” —Loren Eiseley This class moves at your pace, you don’t even have to stand up! First, we will cover the SUP basics, including parts of the board, balance tips, paddle strokes, and practice. Once everyone is comfortable, we will drop anchor and flow through our yoga poses. The yoga poses will mostly be on our knees or seated, with the opportunity to explore more. Classes are held at the Lake Lemon Marina, from 8:30-10:00 am on Saturdays from June 1st through October 19th. No yoga or paddle board experience necessary. All equipment provided.
