Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga

Find new balance with Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga. We will flow through postures as we float on Lake Monroe letting the gentle motion of the water challenge our balance and soothe our souls. We offer two separate class times both held at Cartop SRA on Lake Monroe, Saturdays at 8:00am or 10:30am between May 22nd and October 16th. All yoga and paddle board skill levels welcome.

The After School Special

The After School Special is a private 60 minute vinyasa yoga class for NLCS employees only. This class is conveniently scheduled after school on Mondays at 4pm. To sign up for this class send me an email at angie.wildmoonyoga@gmail.com

Sunset Yoga

Sunset Yoga is one of our weekly, vinyasa style yoga class for all skill levels. Take in the colors of the sunset as we follow our breath and flow from posture to posture seeking balance, compassion and peace. This class will be held at the Lake Monroe Spillway, Thursdays approximately 30 minutes before sunset, between April 15th and October 21st. Start times may vary by 15 minute increments from week to week, be sure to check the schedule!

Yoga on the Lawn @ Lake Lemon Marina
